Hosted by Heart, Body & Soul, Inc., The Black Man’s Health Festival 5 Year Anniversary is a free, day-long celebration dedicated to wellness, healing, and community empowerment. Taking place on Saturday, June 6 at the Weeksville Heritage Center in Brooklyn, this milestone event marks five years of uplifting Black men’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being through education, connection, and culture.
The day begins with a Walk & Talk experience, blending movement and meaningful conversation around health, healing, and brotherhood. The festival then expands into a vibrant community block party featuring wellness programming, fitness activations, yoga, breathwork, panel discussions, film screenings, live performances, and family-friendly activities.
Attendees will have access to a wide range of health and self-care resources, including free health screenings, holistic wellness services, mental health support, grooming experiences, and educational opportunities from healthcare professionals and community organizations. The event is designed to foster connection, encourage healthy lifestyles, and create space for conversations that strengthen individuals and communities alike.
Open to Black men, families, allies, and community members of all backgrounds, this celebration embodies the mission of Heart, Body & Soul, Inc. to improve health outcomes and promote wellness through culturally relevant engagement and advocacy.
