Hosted by NIDC’s Family Support Network in partnership with parent coordinators from PS 56, PS 77, and PS 94, the Family Wellness Summer Series offers hands-on workshops designed to support parents, caregivers, and family mental wellness. Held on multiple dates at P.S. 094 Kings College School (3530 Kings College Place, The Bronx, NY 10467), the series creates space for connection, creativity, and practical support.
The July series includes Bath Bombs & Bonding, where participants can create their own bath bombs while connecting with other parents in a welcoming environment, and Creating Calm: Summer Decluttering, which focuses on reducing clutter, managing stress, and building calmer home routines. Each workshop highlights simple strategies for prioritizing family wellness and supporting emotional balance at home.
Parents and caregivers are invited to learn, recharge, and build community while enjoying light refreshments, raffle opportunities, and take-home wellness or organizing resources.
