Hosted by Our Studio Wellness, The Mental Wellness Workout is a 75-minute holistic class designed to strengthen emotional resilience, reduce stress, and reconnect you with yourself through intentional movement and reflection. Held on multiple dates at Tribeca View (225 Broadway, New York, NY 10007), this experience blends physical practice with mental and emotional restoration.

Each session begins with a grounding Vinyasa yoga flow led by founder Justine Chun, helping release tension and restore mind-body connection. Participants then engage in mindfulness-based journaling and therapist-guided discussion to deepen emotional awareness and self-trust, followed by a closing meditation to leave you centered, calm, and clear.

Rooted in the belief that mental health is everyday work, this class offers a supportive and welcoming space whether you're showing up to process, reset, or simply be present.
