Hosted by Attentive Wellness, NYC Sound Bath & Journaling for Mental Health is a guided wellness experience designed to support relaxation, reflection, and emotional balance. Taking place on Saturday, May 23 at Arlo Midtown, New York, NY, this in-person session combines sound meditation, breathwork, and journaling in a calming and supportive environment.

The experience includes a 45-minute immersive sound bath using crystal bowls to help release stress and regulate the nervous system, followed by simple breathing exercises to promote clarity and relaxation. Participants are then given dedicated time for guided journaling, allowing for reflection and deeper connection to their mental and emotional well-being.

Led by Dí Santana, a certified sound meditation leader and yoga instructor, this session is part of a broader series focused on mindfulness and embodied presence. Mats and towels are provided, creating a comfortable and accessible experience for all participants.
